Since from its establishment , with high and efficient quality, adhere to a strict scientific style, hard-working sprit, We've undertaken more than one hundred nationwide TV tower led by such as Zhongxiang, Neihuang, Zhongshan Cities, more than 2,000 electric transmission lines, 8 transformer substation (converter station) steel frameworks and equipment brackets and more than 1,000 microwave communication towers. In recent years, we contract to build approx. 3500 unitspower transmission tower, steel tower, microwave telecommunication tower nationwide. Our normal operation adopt ERP management system and cooperate with ministry of radio designing institute, Tongji University, developed a new software, which is widely used in all kinds of tower drawing and process design. Our equipment include digital controlled cutter, three rollers hydraulic rolling machine, edge planer, face miller, automatic sandblasting device, film drying equipment, international advanced “JCO” auto large steel tube production line, auto angle steel line, auto 2000 ton. Pressure conical pipe production line, auto flange welding equipment, sophisticated riveting weld coordinate slider equipment, etc. It is quipped with a series of ray defect detector, ultrasonic flaw detection device, hydraulic universal press machine, infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer, auto silicon manganese and phosphorus analyzer, etc. and nondestructive inspection room, physical and chemical labs.
